Cancellation and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you need to cancel your tour, we have a clear policy on refunds and returns that you should review. The following terms apply to any services you have booked with us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation: Words with initial capitalization have defined meanings under the following conditions. These definitions apply regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.

Definitions:

• Company (referred to as “the Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Arabian City Tourism services, located at Office No M7, AL Moosawi Building, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• Services refer to the items offered for sale on our website.
• Booking means a request by you to purchase a tourism service from us.
• Website refers to Arabian City Tourism services , accessible from https://arabianvistatourism.com/
• You, means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or legal entity on behalf of which that individual is accessing or using the Service.

Your Booking Cancellation Rights:

You have the right to cancel your booking up to 48 hours prior to the tour date without providing any reason. If you cancel your tour booking 48 hours before the tour date, you will receive a 100% refund.

If you cancel your tour booking within 24 hours but before 48 hours of the tour date, you are eligible for a 50% refund.

Unfortunately, tour bookings canceled within 24 hours of the tour date are not eligible for any refund.

Once the tour has been conducted and completed, no refund will be available.

Reimbursement

We will process your reimbursement within 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation request. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the booking, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.
